National Museum of Transportation Priorities

The Transport Museum Association Board of Directors is actively establishing long and short range goals for the National Museum of Transportation.  The Board determined the following four projects as the highest priorities:  completion of The William R. and Laura Rand Orthwein Education and Visitor Center; construction of an open-air pavilion providing coverage for the currently exposed historical artifacts on the lower four rail lines; design and completion of an artifact storage facility; and, completion of the trolley rail line platform with an exit/entrance at The Earl C. Lindburg Automobile Center. More information coming
