School Groups are encouraged to visit the museum when we
have a visiting theater group. Ticket prices include general admission to the
museum, which can be used for a self-guided tour.
You may choose to combine your theater visit with a facilitated field trip workshop for an additional fee per student. The field trip workshop and
theater combination packages are on a first-come, first-served reservation basis.
Home School groups, Transport Museum Association members and
general admission guests are welcome to participate in all theater programs. Reservations are required.

These exciting true stories of amazing danger and adventure bring to life the real heroes (and sheroes) who helped a people become free. (Grades K - 5)
These performances are through Young Audiences of St. Louis. Their mission statement is to work with elementary and secondary schools to integrate the arts into the curriculum to improve education, to foster children's creativity and lifelong participation in the arts, and to increase appreciation for our community's diverse cultural heritage.
Theater Performance Pricing
General Admission Guests: $8.00 for adults, $6.00 for children (includes general admission fee).
TMA Members: $4.00 per ticket.
Group Rate: $5.00 per ticket (minimum of 15 students). Unfortunately we cannot hold tickets. Full payment is required when making reservations.
Special Groups visiting the museum for a live performance must have reservations and tickets paid two weeks in advance. Groups arriving the day of the show without advance payment will be charged the general admission rate.
We require each group to provide one adult chaperone to accompany every 5 children.
Please note that children will be seated on carpet squares, right in front of the performers. Chairs will be provided for adults.
